An Ivan Mičurin was in Britain in 1701–1714: see Cross 1980: 147. Count Alexandr Petrovič Apraksin (c. 1690–1725) was here in 1709–1716: see Cross 1980: 152–153. After the sale of Frederic North's book in 1830 the MS was bought by the British Museum; bears a British museum stamp.
